Terms of Service

POSENTRA is a cloud point-of-sale and retail management platform covering sales, inventory, customers, promotions, team access, reports and related accounting. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve, change or add features over time.

• You must provide accurate information and verify your email address to activate your account.
• You are responsible for keeping sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account, including by team members you invite.
• You are responsible for the roles and permissions you assign within your business.

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required.
• Each plan has limits on outlets, users and features, shown on our Pricing page.
• Paid plans are activated by our team after you contact us. Fees, billing period and payment terms are those agreed with you in writing (for example, a quotation or invoice). We do not charge you automatically.
• If a trial or paid period ends without activation or renewal, your account first enters a short grace period and is then suspended. While restricted, you can still sign in and view your existing data, but cannot make changes until access is restored.

You own the business data you enter into the Service. You grant us permission to host, process and back it up only as needed to provide the Service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for having the right to record any personal information about your customers, staff and suppliers.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• attempt to access another business's data or bypass security, access controls or plan limits;
• interfere with the Service's operation, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer it except as allowed by law.

The Service helps you calculate taxes, prices and financial reports from the settings and data you provide. You remain responsible for your tax filings, statutory records and compliance with the laws that apply to your business, and for checking that your configuration (such as tax rates) is correct.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. For help, contact info@getposentra.com.

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to cancel your plan. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached, if fees agreed with you remain unpaid, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Where possible we will give notice first. After cancellation you can request a copy or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify account owners of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
